Rebellion & Revolution

On a mission of peace to a neutral world, the crew of the Washington finds itself forced into the planetary conflict. The captain is forced to side with the local government against the planetary rebels, but it becomes obvious that things are not as they seem. It becomes increasingly clear that the Prime Directive doesn't always apply, even if StarFleet Command believes otherwise.
