Welcome to the USS Washington-E!

Welcome to the USS Washington-E, a post-Dominion War sim. The year is 2386. The Dominion War has been over for several years, but its aftermath is still unfolding. The Federation and the Romulans are the only two major powers, and only the Federation is stable, to a point. The Klingon Empire is still rebuilding and addressing its many wounds from the war, Cardassia is in shambles and occupied, and the Romulans are in far worse shape because of their own misdeeds than they would have outsiders believe. The Federation is now the lone superpower in the Quadrant, a role it neither wants nor enjoys. Exploration has returned, but the dangers of space have never been more pronounced. Welcome to the USS Washington, where danger and adventure lurk around every corner.

The USS Washington is a proud member of Independence Fleet

Congratulations to the Washington's own Captain Shran dh'Klar and his 90 months as a commanding officer. It is a record to be proud of and as his XO, I am extremely proud of him and I know the whole crew is as well. This marvelous milestone. It is quite an accomplishment.

Here's to more milestones to achieve.

Hey everyone, read the following if you like.

https://www.idfleet.com/2020/06/19/a-milestone-of-milestones/

I have been in the fleet since the beginning, but Shran is the longest running active character I have. I have reached this milestone in the article because of so many great people, people like all of you. Simming is something that allows us all to delve into a world we all seem to love, and I appreciate all of you that seem to enjoy doing so with me by your side. Being a captain has challenges many are unprepared for, but thankfully I have a crew that genuinely enjoys writing together and that makes the job easy. I look forward to many fun tales told together to come.

Capt Shran

PS Julia, I seem to have a record with you that just needs the tie broken. LOL No hard feelings.

» Fleet Awards April

Posted on Sat May 23rd, 2020 @ 2:09am by Captain Shran dh'Klar in General News

As promised here is the link to the fleet level awards for April. We won 3 which I am proud of everyone who competed and managed to win. It is bittersweet in my eyes because one award went to a player no longer with us, but perhaps one day she may return. Anyway, take a look and remember, you could be our nominee in May for any of the awards, so keep up the great work.

The weight of the crew's safety versus that of Jon's bore on her heart as well as her conscience. The danger that the Commander was in reminded the Counselor of a time she'd tried to push away. A mission where she'd lost two people she'd cared deeply for. She had…
