Negotiations

The Washington is host to a trade conference for rare commodities being offered by a nonaligned world. As captain, Shran cannot be the designated negotiator for the Federation and the Federation negotiator is severely injured in a shuttle accident. Shran must assign members of the crew to negotiate for the commodities, all while dealing with unscrupulous and dangerous competitors in the Ferengi, Gorn, Cardassian delegations.
