Small Steps

The Washington enters the Urania system to check on the development of the races that lives there, as well as pick up materials from two of the planets. The system is home to two races that are sentient and developed on worlds in the system, but neither race has developed warp drive or other advanced technology, only having intersystem capabilities. The diplomatic aspect comes in play when the Washington is forced into an arbitration situation.
