Location: USS Washington

"Give me a phaser barrage on the Keldon" ordered Shran as the two large vessels moved within range of each other.

The phasers fired, with several impacts on the Cardassian vessel. The Keldon fired its disruptors in return, hitting the Washington. The Washington was rocked again as the two Hideki vessels came from the flank and strafed them, firing disruptors and hitting them several times along the starboard side.

"Aft torpedoes, fire on the Hideki vessels" ordered Shran.

The torpedoes launched, three hitting and destroying a Hideki ship while the other torpedo missed. The Hideki continued to move towards the planet as the Keldon swung around to engage the Washington once more.

"Quantum torpedoes, fire on the Keldon" ordered Shran.

The torpedoes launched and streaked towards their target, hitting true, the Cardassian Keldon class vessel exploding from the impacts.

"Captain the Hideki class looks to be beaming troops down to the colony" said Celes.

"I have a lock on them sir" said Ayana from tactical.

"Fire."

Photons streaked from the Washington and made contact with the Cardassian vessel, destroying it.

"They definitely managed to transport troops before we destroyed them" said Celes.

"Notify Grayson. Move us back to the planet so we can send support if needed."
