Attitudes and idiots

Stonebridge left the training room slash briefing room headed for his intelligence office. He realised that his situation was dire. But he was just a Lt. The XO was a Commander who thought he knew better. Too many times in the past Stonebridge had seen attitudes like this get people killed. But all he could do was try. He had spoken his piece and all for nothing. As no one was listening.

Having seen what could happen, he did the only thing he could do. He reported to the brig and had himself arrested on charges of insubordination since there was no way he or his personnel would be a part of this action.

He took a deck of cards and ordered his ten best people to meet him in the brig and they started a card game.
