A New Start

"Personal log James Phoenix. The past 8 years have been... eventful, to say the least. Back in the academy, people who new always asked me how I manage to keep a sane mind, after what I've been through. I never knew how to answer, as I always thought I was going insane. The truth is, I have no known family, I have no idea who anyone is, except references to people who were alive during my time. I don't even know if my best friend is alive. But, its time for a new start. As I'm settling in to my new position of tactical officer aboard the Washington, I hope I do well. It's a fresh start. It's a new start. Computer, end personal log."
