Behind Enemy Lines

Posted on Sat Sep 17th, 2022 @ 10:16am by Captain Shran dh'Klar & Ensign T'Plana-hath

Mission: Time Bandits
Location: Romulan Vessel D'Deridex

Admiral Tomalak stood smugly as the guards stood weapons ready directing T'Plana from the transporter. "Welcome aboard my ship. We welcome you T'Plana-hath, as our guest."

T'Plana-hath remained perfectly calm and evaluated the situation, she had no weapons and was currently outnumbered. She waited patiently not moving from the transporter pad, forcing the Romulans to make the first move.

As T'Plana stood defiantly on the transporter as quiet as the grave, the Romulan centurions looked to Tomalak, who motioned for them to move forward. Two of the centurions stepped forward to either side of T'Plana and took her by the arms while two more remained positioned with disruptors aimed at her. Tomalak looked mildly annoyed with her, "You would be wise to cooperate, if you hope to survive this endeavor."

T'Plana-hath again studied the Romulans. She could attack the two closest to her, but being they were an off shot of Vulcans it would most likely be an even match. She would likely get one down but the other would have the advantage as she delt with the first. She was positive they would not use the disruptors on her, from her prior experience in sickbay. Decision made she stepped off the platform with her 'escorts', better to wait for a more opportune moment.

"I'm glad you have decided to cooperate, though I knew you would. We will soon have two additional guests and you will all help us with something destined to happen between our two peoples." Tomalak looked at the centurions, "Take her to quarters."

T'Plana thought it was more logical to remain silent and not speak. She had learned that beings generally would let slip vital information as one remained silent. She had already learned that Admiral Tomalak needed her alive, by her having not been shot with a disruptor, and that he was needing two others for his plan. She followed her 'escorts' as they lead her away. The whole time taking in every detail and while slowly developing a plan of action to escape.

The centurions led T'Plana to actual quarters and remained outside as she entered, obviously standing guard. The room was rather spartan, a bed with a pillow and blanket, a simple chair, a sink and a waste unit. The door closed, leaving her alone to consider the situation.
