Welcome to the USS Washington-E, a post-Dominion War sim. The year is 2386. The Dominion War has been over for several years, but its aftermath is still unfolding. The Federation and the Romulans are the only two major powers, and only the Federation is stable, to a point. The Klingon Empire is still rebuilding and addressing its many wounds from the war, Cardassia is in shambles and occupied, and the Romulans are in far worse shape because of their own misdeeds than they would have outsiders believe. The Federation is now the lone superpower in the Quadrant, a role it neither wants nor enjoys. Exploration has returned, but the dangers of space have never been more pronounced. Welcome to the USS Washington, where danger and adventure lurk around every corner.

I was away for a couple weeks, but July was a crazy month for us as a group. It would seem that this mission has really inspired everyone. The first half of the year ended with us wrapping one mission and starting a new one, and it seems that everyone has taken to the new mission and writing is prolific again. Smith, Murdoch, and Barracus made their way through the corridors or the Saber, racing to the shuttle bay in hopes of capturing the Mirror Shran and as many of his cohorts as possible. Meanwhile, coming from sickbay, Peck and Wyatt made a similar journey. As both teams approached the shuttle bay doors from opposite ends, Peck noted his commander. Mirror Jon and San arrived in the USS Saber's transporter room. Stepping off the pad, he jerked harshly on the leash that was connected to Sam's slaver collar. "Come along Sam, time's awasting and we have lots to do." He taunted her as they exited the transporter room.

We have once again encountered the mythic Earth deities, this time the Celtic deities alone. We were studying a stellar core fragment when we discovered a planet in its path. As we approached the planet, we learned that it was inhabited, but more remarkably, the core fragment wasn't causing the planet any issues which was strange.
